Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as a generalist, focusing on driving revenue growth and working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in SaaS marketing and Dev tool Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, with a strong background in performance marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, and content writing skills.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CMO to develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

  • Execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to generate leads and acquire customers.

  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to target key accounts and drive engagement with decision-makers.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to optimize marketing initiatives and maximize ROI.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

We provide intelligent bug reporting tools designed to streamline bug management processes and enhance efficiency for IT service companies and product companies worldwide.

Role Overview

Our product has 2 focus areas - SMB's (driven by our Co-founder and CMO through a Marketing led and Community Led approach) and Enterprises (driven by the CEO with a sales led approach) We are hiring our first person for Enterprise Sales role who can potentially grow phenomenal into a leadership role as Bugasura grows.

We are early stage, trickle of international revenue from our SMB segment, excellent deep usage of our product by existing users and customers. We are launching our enterprise product in 3 months time. We are prepping up to take Bugasura to enterprises and re-shape the way they test and delivery quality to their customers.

Our enterprise product is built on a foundation of a reinvention the founders have been able to deliver documented in the book "Growth Driven Testing - Moolya Way of Enabling Test & Culture to help Startups and Enterprises Grow".
Given the deep foundation and stellar team, we have a strong USP. Despite the USP - GTM is what matters to see if the world experiences this USP or not.

These are our sales principles
  • We don't want to sell. We want to solve our customers problems. The deeper we understand them, the better we can position as to how our product can help.

  • We don't want to push. We want to enable. We love follow ups but more keen to take a deal to closure (Yes/No) and we feel restless till then.

  • No false claims. We want to enable people to succeed and that happens when we solve problems for them.

  • Relationships matter. Money is an indicator of success. yes. Money is super important, yes. What is more important than that is the relationships that we build.

Responsibilities

Ideal candidate would possess the following :

  • High Energy : A Sales role is an energy role. People buy only when they feel positive about how the words were spoken. Positive energy in sales mean - someone who is passionate to solve customers problems.

  • Excessively Hungry : Selling to enterprises and being super hungry is like being in both startups and enterprises. Only someone who is super hungry can do this over a long term.

  • Professional : Sometimes sales people get greedy. Being professional doesn't earn money today but it earns a lot of money in the future.

  • Ownership Attitude : Stop behavling like an employee. The only people who succeed as an employee are those who have forgotten they are an employee and are wearing the hat as a co-owner.
