Bugasura bug reporters are a suite of products from Bugasura that allow software teams to capture bugs contextually using AI and manage them easily on the Bugasura issue tracker. These reporters are available for Chrome based browsers and embeddable widget.
Currently the Bugasura Chrome browser reporter does not work on mobile web. However we are looking to build mobile versions of this reporter. You can take a look at our public roadmap to stay updated with what we are building next. For any specific queries, please write to support@bugasura.io
Bugasura Chrome reporters don’t support creation of test cases but you can add your test case ID’s for reference in the reports and coverages section. These are automatically generated once you log/create issues with the Bugasura chrome reporters.
Bugasura widget is an embeddable property on your website or SAAS product dashboard which allows your customers/visitors to report issues more conveniently and contextually rather than having to write you an email, attach a screenshot or video. The Bugasura widget opens up a conversational workflow for your customer while capturing the last 20 seconds of the customer’s actions that led up to the error they are facing. The session replay, and network console logs will be available to view in the Bugasura Issue Tracker.
