You will now be receiving an email that summarises the number of open issues under your name for the entire week. Bugasura will help you by giving an insight into the issues that need to be picked by you in order to bring them to closure. With this mail, you will be informed about the issue assigned to you across multiple teams and projects. This mail will be sent every Monday morning helping you schedule the work over the entire week. You can click on the “View” button to be re-directed to the issue and work on it or to click on “View All Now”, which would take you to the “My Dashboard” with all the issues assigned to you across teams and projects.
You will be able to extend the trial for 10 more days using this option, with which you can explore our product more efficiently. This will be shown to you after the 14-day trial post Sign Up you can either subscribe to one of our plans or extend the trial and use our product seamlessly for the next 10 days
We have made UI changes in the Pop-up for Slack Integration. The functionality of the Slack Integration remains the same, you can integrate to Slack to get notifications on slack when your team members create or adds an issue.
Now the performance has been enhanced on opening an issue in the tracker. You would now see a collection of loading placeholders that display a non-interactive preview of the actual UI to visually communicate that content is in the process of loading.
We have enhanced the whole add issue section experience in the mobile view. The overall UI and UX are improved in add issue pop so that users can add an issue with ease.
1. Initially invited user was unable to add an issue on being invited to a team, now we have resolved it and issues can be added by all team members.
2. We have enhanced the whole user experience for the Mobile view of Wizard, users will now be able to create teams, add issues and invite members to the team seamlessly even in Mobile View.
These are banner notifications for you which will be shown on opening issue list page, it acts as a reminder to close unassigned and issues which are assigned but not picked.
We have now introduced an interactive wizard which helps first-time users to understand the primary actions they need to perform in the platform to report and assign issues in the Bugasura Issue tracker.
These primary actions include:
- Creating a Team
- Inviting members to the Team
- Create Project for the desired platform – Android/Android Mobile Web/iOS/iOS Mobile Web/Desktop Web
- Create Issue – this can be a Bug, Task, or even a New Feature
- Assign Issue to your team members

You will now be asked to create a team on signing up in order to test collaboratively with your Team. This ensures that all reports created by you using our product would be available to your Team Members upon accepting the team invite.
Enhancements in Jira
You are now given a choice on the type of attachments to be uploaded to Jira. With this improvement, you can either upload just the issue screenshot, flow screenshots, or even in the form of a gif.
Subscription Plans for Teams
Subscription is now team-based which makes team management much easier. When the owner of the team subscribes to the plan, all the team members would be able to access the features and use our product seamlessly.
Design changes in System Details Field
You can now easily add the device/system details in the Issue pop-up with all the fields aligned horizontally in a single line improving user experience.
