Custom Priority Settings for Requirements, Test Cases & Issues
Not every bug, test case, or requirement carries the same weight. Some are critical, others can wait. To give your team more flexibility, Bugasura now introduces Custom Priority Settings, allowing you to define and manage priorities for requirements, test cases, and issues — each with their own separate configuration.
Introducing Custom Priorities
With this update, you’re no longer limited to a single set of priorities across all items. Instead, you can customize priority levels for requirements, test cases, and issues independently, ensuring that each part of your workflow reflects the urgency that matters most.

Why Should You Use Custom Priorities?
- Tailored Workflows: Define unique priority levels for requirements, test cases, and issues.
- Better Focus: Make sure your team knows exactly which items to tackle first.
- Improved Planning: Balance workloads by aligning priorities with your team’s needs.
- Faster Resolution: Ensure critical issues and requirements are never overlooked.
Usage
To set priorities, go to your project and navigate to Requirements. When adding a new requirement, click on the Priority field to choose from the available options.

By selecting Custom Priority, you can also add or remove priority levels based on your project’s needs. The same flow applies to Test Cases and Issues, giving you full flexibility to manage priorities across all parts of your workflow.
