Introduction to the Feature

The Bugasura MCP Server exposes key Bugasura API actions as MCP tools.
This enables AI agents to discover, understand, and execute Bugasura operations automatically—without manual UI navigation or custom integrations.

How It Works

Once the MCP connector is enabled in Claude and your Bugasura API token is added, Claude can securely access your workspace and act on your behalf using natural language.

When you ask, “List my Bugasura projects”, Claude calls the MCP tool, returns a structured project list, and retains your selected project as context for all next actions.

Creating an issue is effortless. You can simply say, “Create an issue: Performance issue on the Juspay home page.”
Claude converts this intent into an MCP tool call, applies the correct project and sprint context, and instantly logs the issue in Bugasura.
