To simplify this, Bugasura now introduces Bulk Actions, allowing you to update, move, or manage multiple records at once across Issues, Test Cases, and Requirements.

Introducing Bulk Actions for Issues, Test Cases & Requirements

With Bulk Actions, you can now select multiple items and perform updates in one go — whether you’re changing assignees, priorities, statuses, or organizing your test runs and folders. No more opening items one by one — now, act on everything you need with just a few clicks.

Why Should You Use Bulk Actions?

• Save Time: Update multiple issues, test cases, or requirements instantly instead of one by one.

Setup

• Navigate to the Issues, Requirements, or Test Execution page. Select one or more items from the list. A Bulk Action toolbar appears at the bottom of the page.

• Choose the desired action from the toolbar:
  • Requirements: Change Assignee, Priority, Severity, Create User Journey, Add/Move/Copy to Folder, or Delete.
  • Test Cases: Change Assignee, Status or Remove Selected.
  • Test Execution: Change Status, Report Pass/Fail or Change Assignee.
  • Issues: Change Assignee, Severity, Priority, Status, Sync, Move, Copy, or Delete.

Usage

• Select one or more items (Issues, Requirements, or Test Cases) from their respective pages.
• Once selected, the Bulk Action Toolbar will appear at the bottom.
• Choose your desired action (e.g., Change Assignee, Priority, Status, etc.) and confirm.
• Updates apply instantly to all selected items.
